These are the terms for using riffready.app and joining the RiffReady waitlist. They're written in plain English and apply to anyone who visits this site or submits their email.

What this site is

riffready.app is a pre-launch waitlist for RiffReady, a guitar practice application currently in development. By joining the waitlist, you're indicating interest in being notified when we launch. You're not purchasing anything, and there's no commitment to use the product when it launches.

No guarantees on launch

We can't promise an exact launch date, that any specific feature will ship, or that the product will exist forever. We're building this with intent and care, but startup products are inherently uncertain.

Acceptable use

Use this site honestly. Don't submit fake or someone else's email address. Don't try to abuse the form, scrape the site, or use it for anything other than its stated purpose. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist who appears to be acting in bad faith.

Liability

We provide this site "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms before launch. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date and post a note on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by Queensland courts.
