We're RiffReady, operated by Jett Levenson (sole trader, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia). This is the privacy policy for our waitlist site at riffready.app. We've kept it short and plain — no dark patterns, no fine print.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name. That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording.

Why we collect it

To send you the welcome email confirming you're on the waitlist, and to send you updates about RiffReady before launch and at launch. We don't share, sell, or rent your information to anyone.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on Supabase (database) and processed through Resend (email delivery). Both providers have servers outside Australia, primarily in the United States and the European Union. By joining the waitlist, you consent to your information being transferred and stored on these services. Both providers comply with industry-standard security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. If you want your data removed, email us at play@riffready.com.au and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at play@riffready.com.au. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop hearing from us — no questions, no friction.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. If the changes affect how we handle your data, we'll also email you.
